Hi Everyone Please look at the Website for our new class schedule starting Monday March 9th. Here is a rundown of what to look for:
6:15 am- M,WF
12- M,W,F (NO LONGER RESERVATION REQUIRED)
Mobility As we believe mobility should be focused on daily we have added smaller segment more frequently throughout the week. These classes will be 15min segments with the exception of Wednesday being a 30 min session.
Basecamp- this is a classed designed for our newer members but will be beneficial to everyone needing more focus on the technique and a toned down version of our regular wods. Look for more recovery periods in this class and less emphasis on the clock.
This is a benefit for our unlimited monthly members to come in and work on skills, make up a wod or work on a strength cycle. A coach will be on site to assist you but this is a self guided time for athletes
